Careers with the Think Money Group of Companies

What to expect during
the recruitment process

Our recruitment process is an opportunity for us to find out whether you are the right fit for Think Money Group, and for you to find out more about us too.

There are a number of different stages:

Stage 1

The first step towards a career with us is to set yourself up with a profile on our system. You can upload your CV and your details – don't be shy, this is the place to make yourself stand out from the rest!

Make sure you include all of your skills and experience, so we can get a really good understanding of your background. If there's a specific role you think you'd be perfect for, you can complete your application and send it to us for consideration.

Stage 2

We'll review your application, looking at the relevance of your experience and skills to see if we think you'd be a good match.

If you're shortlisted, we'll be in touch to organise a telephone interview with you. Depending on which role you've gone for, this will last between 15 to 30 minutes and will be with a member of the recruitment team, or, if you're applying for a specialist role, it'll be with the hiring manager.

Stage 3

If your telephone interview is successful, you'll be invited for either a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager, which will last about an hour, or to attend our Assessment Centre, which you can read more about below.

Stage 4

Once you've completed your interview or Assessment Centre, we'll be in touch to let you know the outcome. Generally, this will be within 3 days.

A little bit more about our Assessment Centre

Our Assessment Centre is designed to make sure you're able to demonstrate the skills required to be successful in the role you've applied for. The day will be made up of group exercises, listening activities, role plays and an interview, and will give you a really good feel for the role you've applied for.

When you arrive (and we've got you a cup of tea to settle those nerves!), we'll give you a bit of background to the business and then begin with the assessments. The day will conclude with a competency based interview, which we recommend you prepare for thoroughly.

Members of the recruitment team will be on hand throughout the process if you have any questions or queries you'd like to discuss with them.
