Here at the Think Money Group, we don't want to be like everyone else. Our goal is to re-invent financial services – with the emphasis on service - and our people are at the very heart of making that happen. That's why we ask a lot from them, right from day one, we need hardworking, dedicated and driven people, with a professional approach and a ‘can do' attitude, to help take us to the next level. We call this “ownership” and it is something we look for from everybody at every level in the business.
As a business, we're committed to exceeding the expectations of all of our customers, and to achieve this, we need you to share our passion for delivering world class customer service – whichever role you're in. Whether that's providing a customer with debt advice on the phone, coaching colleagues to perform better, or helping to develop our websites so they're intuitive and easy to use on any device.
We're firm believers that you'll get back what you put in – we offer career progression and development to all our staff – in fact, around 70% of our senior managers started with us in an entry-level role, showing there's plenty of room for growth.
All companies within the Group are based in our purpose built offices in Think Park, Manchester, and, as such, the opportunities to switch between roles, functions and business are plentiful. Building your career here can mean experiencing a variety of different roles to develop new skills and experiences.
As a regulated financial services business we have an active and ongoing training a competence regime. Our people managers are trained to act as coaches – and they have a programme of regular assessments with their team members to ensure that they are delivering the right customer outcomes. They'll use those sessions to deliver coaching and feedback to help every member of their team to develop and achieve their full potential.
Whether you're a Customer Service Advisor for thinkmoney, or a Personal Finance Manager for Gregory Pennington, you'll need to display a passion for exceptional customer service.
Our customer service teams pride themselves on listening to customers' needs, providing expert guidance and, where appropriate, offering financial solutions based on those needs. You'll need to be attentive, supportive and empathetic, with really good people skills. As these roles are phone based, it goes without saying that impeccable communication skills are a must too.
