We've picked out a few of the key roles across the Group and explained what they entail day to day.

Think Money – Customer Service Advisor

Although we are not a bank, for our Personal Account customers, we provide a banking-style service. Our Customer Service Advisors (CSAs) are at the sharp end of delivering it – to a very high standard.

No two calls are the same. Whether it’s helping a customer budget to ensure all their bills are paid or transferring money from one account to another for them.

Our CSAs work in a fast-paced contact centre environment. We are looking for people who can deliver a personalised and personable service to customers, whilst completing processes accurately and efficiently.

This isn't your standard contact centre role though – we promise our customers that we'll help make their money easier to manage. Our CSAs really do go the extra mile to deliver that promise day in and day out.

Think Money - Account Advisor

As an Account Advisor you'll speak to people who are interested in opening a thinkmoney Personal Account. You'll work with them to help them decide if it will meet their needs.

For those that do decide to complete an application you'll help them through the process and stick with them to ensure that their account gets up and running smoothly.

Being the first point of contact with new customers, you'll need to be engaging and professional. It’ll be your job to introduce customers to the high level of personalised service that they can expect from us.

Gregory Pennington - Personal Finance Manager

Personal Finance Managers (PFMs) work within Gregory Pennington, which provides clients with debt advice, debt management plans and debt arrangement schemes (in Scotland).

Together with your team, you'll look after your own base of existing customers. You’ll make sure that their debt management plan continues to work well for them as their circumstances and their needs evolve. You'll tailor the service that you give to each individual to build lasting relationships, so that our customers know who to turn to when they have a question or query.
